BOOKINGS 

Credit Card information is required when booking an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once your credit card information has been approved & the appointment request has been accepted on our end.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged a full appointment fee.

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be canceled, to adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy.

If you fail to appear for your appointment without attempting to cancel your appointment beforehand, the full amount of the service will be charged to your credit card. For pre-purchased series of treatments, that session will be applied toward the series.

CELL PHONES

When checking in for your appointment, we kindly ask that you turn your cell phones to silent or vibrate. Also please remember to speak in a soft voice upon arrival. We ask that if a phone call needs to be made that you politely take the call outside the spa, so as not to disturb other spa guests. Our estheticians are prepared to provide you with uninterrupted, quality service. Remember this is your relaxation time and we want your visit to be an enjoyable one!

GUESTS & CHILDREN

We want all of our guests, including YOU, to be able to enjoy a tranquil experience at LAZ Skincare. In order to ensure this, we ask that you please avoid bringing guests and/or children (under the age of 12) with you to your spa appointments. We also have limited space and want you to be as comfortable as possible. Please plan accordingly for childcare during your service. Thank you for your understanding.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY

All of our treatments and procedures are carried out to the highest possible standard at LAZ Skincare, however sometimes outcomes do not meet patients’ expectations. We understand that someone may not be entirely happy with their treatment or procedure. However, with any minor non-surgical procedure, there is no guarantee to the outcome, and it is at the patient’s own risk that these procedures are undertaken as stated in the consents. LAZ Skincare does not offer refunds on this basis.

GRATUITIES

Our services do not include gratuity. Gratuities are accepted in cash or Venmo only. The average gratuity for a spa service is 18% to 20% of the total cost of the treatment. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change at anytime, and without notice. This is included for all single session pricing as well as any series of treatments, and promotions.

PAYMENT

Major credit cards are accepted. We do not accept personal/certified checks or money orders.
